If you've been tapped into the underground for a while, chances are you have already come across one of the biggest blog pages covering the scene, Cash Cow Music. The platform has been documenting the underground for years, building a community of over 100,000 followers on Instagram. While the actual owners/admins remain faceless, there is one member who steps in front of the camera for the community, Anthony Ganz.
Creating content for both the page and himself, Anthony has built a strong reputation in the underground, whether through his humorous reels or his interviews with rising artists. However, this time the tables have turned, and instead of giving the interview, he is the one being interviewed.
First off, who are you and what do you do?
I’m Anthony and I do artist interviews, skits, short films—basically anything you can fit into a reel or a TikTok.

What got you tapped into the underground?
I was playing call of duty with one of my online friends in 2021 and he started playing “Reparations” by Kashdami and I got into the scene around then.
What got you tapped into doing content on social media?
I’ve always liked being on camera and putting my ideas out there. I ran a social media page for my high school yearbook my senior year and that’s when I fell in love with it.
How did you meet Cashcow?
In summer 2024, they posted on their story “Who’s chronically online and wants to work for us”. I slid up immediately😂😂😂
Do you plan on just sticking to making content like TikTok’s and Instragram areels or do you plan to expand into anything else?
I definitely want to expand more into longer form content. We did a YouTube video with Thirteendegrees a while back which was so fun to record. Definitely wanna at least do that concept with some more artists.
When it comes to interviews was that something you were always interested in doing?
Yes, Ive always loved getting funny answers and reactions out of people even if it wasn’t on camera. Now that I get to do both, it’s a dream come true.
What are some tips you’d recommend for anyone trying to interview artists that don’t have a big platform yet?
Literally just fake it till you make it and be super friendly to EVERYONE. I had no idea what I was doing during my first interviews and just made everything up on the fly. Now I’ve gotten able to interview artists like Lazer Dim, 1300saint, and more. It’s all about confidence and likability.
Who are some underground artists you’re listening to?
Pradabagshawty is my absolute favorite right now. Other than him, I’m bumping a lot of Ja66, perubaby, and Tayo right now. Insane talent from all of them.
Who are some other content creators you would recommend to people?
Haha I don’t want to leave anyone out. The people that I’m fucking with the most right now are Auranugget, Emwell, Sharde (superflygeniusguy), and tino. All super hilarious and down to earth guys, go check them out.
Do you have any other interested besides making content like music, fashion, and/or art?
Yeah actually, I was a big film kid before I started working in music. I had hoop dreams of working on Hollywood sets. Maybe one day I’ll come back to that one day, but I want to stay focused solely with music right now.
Who are some people you are hoping to connect with in the future?
I feel like “wanting” to connect with somebody feels artificial—I dont really want to chase connections. It would be really cool to work with the people over at KTO or OGM one day though, I love what they do.
What are you’re thoughts on the current state of the underground and what would you like to see changed?
The underground right now is honestly kind of cooked culturally. The fans treat artists like crap, producers are treated terribly, and there’s just an overall low expectation for behavior in the underground. The fact that people like Nine Vicious can still have a platform is mind boggling to me.
